    Those are beautiful. Reminds me of good times catching lake trout in Canada. I’m in France at the moment, and we don’t have anything around here but carp.

    I’m actually more of a catfish man. But I love fishing of all kinds. It’s a bit cold now, and rainy in France, and even I think it’s too cold to fish. I keep wanting to tell the equipment-laden fishermen who come to the creek across from us “don’t bother fishing there. It’s just carp. you’ll catch a cold!”. But they wouldn’t listen to me, anyway. :)

    Hi Daniel, nice to hear from you. Which part of France are you in? I’ve visited lots of times but never fished. I do know there are some regions with trout streams though. Perhaps you’re in the warmer south?
