Welcome to the Guestbook page. Here is the place to leave a general comment about Tamanawis. Perhaps you could let me know where you’re from, how you found the site, what you like for breakfast and what you like to fish for (if you’re an angler).

Enlightening, experience, your site. A glimpse at things as they are on the “other side of the pond”, as it were. I visit to feel I have had at least a modicum of exposure to “culture” in our common pursuit. A refreshment for the weary fisherman in me.
I am doing an extended stint in Austin, Texas, home of the recently perpetrated “mini 9/11 plane bomber” to which I was an unwitting witness. I arrived at your site via Tom Chandler’s, “Trout Underground” blog. He and I have some friends in common, a business deal and over-lapping home ranges. I read him regularly to maintain my sanity while here, in exile. As for breakfast, I am afraid I am at that stage where the utility of bran and flaxseed outweigh the enjoyment of bacon and eggs. As for my fishing proclivities, I am seriously addicted to little bamboo rods, enjoy tying the tiniest of dry flies and experience the closest thing to religion when fishing for golden trout in the high country of the American West. Sadly I have entered that stage where recalling these climbs and fishing trips has overtaken the planning of same. The heart is willing but the body is not. I have had so many parts replaced that my fishing buddies took to calling me the “Bionic Man”.
Best Regards,
Chris
